This routine is intense and is going to require you to really dig deep to maximize how much weight you lift for each set. The goal of this routine is to focus on overall strength, but you can still expect to see muscle gains due to the amount of volume required for each exercise!

(1:38)- Bodyweight Dips (2 sets: 12 – 15 reps)
