Double Drop: This consists of lowering the weight TWICE to complete one set.
Example of ONE SET: Complete 6 - 8 reps / lower the weight / Complete 6 - 8 reps / lower the weight / Complete 6 - 8 reps / REST 2 - 3 minutes
