In this video I show how to make a frozen yogurt / ice cream / cupcake pencil topper :) using hot glue gun and plastic bottle cap. This is the seventh (the last) of seven videos from my DIY Marathon (July 9 – July 15).
I was making a DIY Frozen Yogurt Pencil Topper. But my boyfriend said it looked like a cupcake or an ice cream to him. LOL So let's call this pencil topper Cup-Ice-Yougurt! Whatever - it looks yummy! :)
To make this DIY pencil topper you will need:
a hot glue gun
a piece of paper
plastic cap from plastic bottle
acrylic paint
Tips:
- I found using nail scissors to make a hole in the plastic cap was a great decision. The hole comes so perfectly round... Just open scissors a bit when twist in the hole.
- Instead of using acrylic paint – you can use nail polish.
Make it of any color (maybe your favorite flavour is pistachio, as mine, so paint it pale green), don't draw sprinkles or draw them, or draw the strawberry or chocolate topping... Create your own pencil topper or even a few of them! :)
Good luck! And thank you for “running” with me this awesome 7-DAY DIY Glue Gun Marathon!
