1/3 cup (40g) powdered sugar
1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
1 ¼ cup (300g) whipping cream (35% fat) , chilled

For Decoration, optional
3.5 oz (100g) semisweet chocolate
3.5 oz (100g) whipping cream
fresh blueberries
edible gold powder
