Epic 10kg Chicken Curry - Wood Fire Cooking - Camp Fire Curry - Huge Chicken Masala

It is that time of the year for us to start giving. We will be cooking a few huge sized dished in the next few weeks to hand out to our community. 10kg chicken curry, cooked outside on a wood fire. So as you know we have made a load of chicken curries before on the channel, but this is for sure the biggest. Loads of amazing spice including, cumin, coriander, cilantro, turmeric, green cardamom, whole dried child, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, and curry leaves. We are using 7 x 1.4kg whole chickens to make this monster. It will not be going to waste don’t worry about that, We will give this out to people with rice and salad. It is delicious that is for sure.
