Lack of nutrients in your body
Excessive use of hair colors & hair styling tools
Hormonal imbalance
Unhealthy dietary habits
& finally stress.
Now how to stop & reduce hair fall? So here we go!
1. Make use of wide toothed comb to detangle the hair. This will reduce the risk of hair breakage & hair fall while combing.
2. Give your hair "hot oil massage" twice every week. Go for natural oils such as coconut, olive, jojoba, sesame etc. These oils keep your hair nourished & encourage new hair growth.
3. Switch to shampoos that are sulfate, silicone& paraben free. Because shampoos with harsh chemicals damage hair & make it brittle.
