Brew a 2oz shot of espresso, set aside to cool down. In a champagne flute add 1 oz chambord or other berry liquer, 3 oz dry champagne or prosecco. Add chilled espresso shot and ice to a shaker and shake vigorously for 60 seconds. Carefully top champagne with shaken espresso. Pierce a blackberry on a toothpick or reusable drink pick and garnish on top of glass.
