TRANSCRIPT
You have been buying butter from the grocery store your entire life but you can make it yourself. Start with a clean, odor free jar. Pour in one container of heavy whipping cream, preferably room temperature. If you start with cold cream, it's going to take longer. Then you put the cap on and you shake it. You shake it, you shake it, you shake it for about twenty to thirty minutes, and then you pour out the buttermilk and save that for another use. Add a little water; give it a few more shakes. Discard that water and then put your butter in the bowl and you're ready to go. The flavor is like nothing else you've ever had, fresh and creamy. Directly from the farm, except it came from your own kitchen.
