You go into the farmers' market these days, tons of fresh strawberries everywhere and if you're like me, you end up buying way too many of them. The problem is that strawberries go bad really fast. Here's the solution. Wet kitchen towel. Bottom of a roasting pan. Take your strawberries, spread them out. The key thing is to not have too many. You don't want to start piling them and ideally you don't want them too crowded. And then you take another towel and lay that bad boy over the top. And this will last, in the fridge, for days.
