When you purchase fresh chopped meat, if you are not going to use it that day, absolutely the chopped meat should be frozen. You're taking meat and you're grinding it through a machine and it's mixing all the meat together, you're actually putting a process to it, it's not going to hold up fresh. You should use it that day.
