I've been feeling this injury for a long time and thought that my hamstring was just tight. So I have always stretched it out before training. But as it turns out I had a lot of built up scare tissue from an injury I had when I was in my late teens / early 20s and while doing Reverse Barbell Lunges my hamstring decided to finally let go. It was painful, scary and is starting to effect my upper body training as well. Luckily, Dr. Tony is here to help!
