UN Special Representative for International Migration, Louise Arbour, tells UN News how the UN Global Compact, an all-inclusive agreement to make migration safe and orderly, will benefit migrants, host countries and the people they leave behind, ahead of the Intergovernmental Conference on the Global Compact for Migration in Marrakech, Morocco, 10 -11 December 2018.
