This is a recipe for mousakas, moussaka, mousaka or moussaka. I think this is the longest video we have made so far but it is worth hanging on in there for it. There are so many ways of making this dish and it changes from country to country, so whether it Greek, Turkish, Lebanese, Egyptian, Arabic, Middle Eastern or from the Balkans, the recipe changes, sometimes served hot other times cold, with white sauce, with mashed potato not slices or even without potatoes. 100s of way of making this great dish. We are using beef, some use chicken lamb or pork. Anyway it tasted great so enjoy.
