Hello everyone! Today I will be showing you a recipe for pot roast. I made this for my Nana before she passed and she loved it. So hopefully you'll love it too! I will recommend using pearl onions or half the amount of sliced onions. The presentation isn't as nice as I'd like it to be, but it tastes amazing!...and that's what really matters, right?
