In today’s video we’ll share a little snippet of rural mountain living in Argentina, and we’ll show you what a quiet weekend at home looks like.

Since it’s autumn in the southern hemisphere, we’ll also share the recipe for a hearty stew with potatoes, sweet potatoes and carrots. The temperatures are starting to drop around these parts, especially in the evenings, so we’ve been craving warm, filling dishes.

We’ll also take you for a walk around the village and explore some rural back roads. We’re making it our mission to walk one new road each day, which has been a great way to get to known this charming mountain town a little better.
