If your upper chest is lagging it's usually not because you're not doing enough upper chest work. Or rather, you're most likely training with exercises that place more "emphasis" on the upper chest, however your form is off and your mind-muscle connection to that area is poor because of it.

Also, keep in mind that when you train with the FLAT BENCH exercise you're still activating the entire pectoralis major. But if you are only benching once a week, another part of your issue of having a lagging chest could very well be that you are simply not hitting your chest enough times throughout the week.

So in today's video I wanted to tackle two very important factors.
1. Teach you how to drive more mind-muscle connection to the upper chest.
2. Correct your form on the incline bench to ensure you are not bringing your shoulders into the movement and taking activation away from the chest.
