You guys wanted another What I Eat In A Day so here it is, CLEAN EATING EDITION! Let me know if you want to see a vegan edition next time! Please remember– these videos are here for inspiration– I am not telling you what to eat or not eat! :)
RECIPES FROM THE EPISODE:
Dinner Scramble
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups chopped vegetables
1/2 cup egg whites/beaters
1/2 cup turkey sausage crumbles (or other protein, optional)
seasoning (salt, pepper, mrs. dash)
1/2 oz blue cheese
Procedure
1. Preheat skillet over medium high heat. Spray down the pan.
2. Add chopped vegetables and saute 2-3 minutes, until tender. Add egg whites and protein. Season as desired.
3. Use the spatula to continuously turn the eggs as they cook and scramble. Once cooked through, sprinkle on blue cheese and remove from heat.
4. Enjoy!
