Here are some ways to use old coffee grounds. One, put them on the soil where your plants are growing and it'll help create a more nutrient rich soil. Two, apparently you can put it on cellulite. How or why it makes cellulite disappear, I'm not exactly sure. Try it, see if it works. And the third way is the way that I like, which is I use it as an exfoliate on my face. Take the coffee grinds and put them directly on your skin and just grind them in. If you have sensitive skin or this seems a little too harsh for your skin, you can just add your cleanser to the grinds and that will make them a little more emollient. After you're done, you just rinse it off. That's it, now you can throw away all of your expensive exfoliates.
