Drunk Peep Latte RECIPE! Using the NEW Solis Grind and Infuse Perfetta Espresso Machine.

Ingredients:

1 oz bourbon
2 oz espresso
1 teaspoon black cocoa
6 oz steamed, Peep infused milk
Heap of whipped cream
Whole Peep Chick or Bunny for garnish
Yellow sparkles garnish

Peep Milk
2 cups whole milk
4 Peeps, cut into smaller pieces

Add milk to saucepan, and bring to a simmer. Add the Peeps, and stir until dissolved. Allow to cool, and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Directions:

Add bourbon, cocoa, and hot espresso to a mug, and stir until the cocoa is dissolved. Top with steamed Peep milk, leaving an inch of room. Top with whipped cream and a Peep.
