My strength has been steadily increasing over the last 2 months. Feeling stronger than ever! Definitely going to hit that 550lbs deadlift this year!
This was a quick workout I did before coming to the Arnold Classic.
Set 1: 225lbs for 15 reps
Set 2: 245lbs for 12 reps
Set 3: 265lbs for 10 reps
Set 4: 295lbs for 8 reps
Set 5: 315lbs for 8 reps
and I added 30 suspended crunches between each set.
Goku would be proud!
