Focaccia (Italian pronunciation: [foˈkattʃa], is a flat oven-baked Italian bread product, similar in style and texture to pizza dough. Focaccia can be used as a side to many meals or as sandwich bread.
Focaccia al rosmarino (focaccia with rosemary) is a common focaccia style in Italian cuisine that may be served as an antipasto, appetizer, table bread, or snack.
My version of focaccia bread is made with an asian twist using chicken floss, parsley and sesame seeds as toppings .Also can be sandwiched with mayonnaise and extra chicken floss. Really nice and delicious as an afternoon snack.

INGREDIENTS for the Recipe

500g high protein flour
1 tsp DA baking powder
1 tsp himalayan rock salt
60-70g sugar
1 pkt instant yeast
280g warm water
1 egg
40g olive oil or veggie oil
40g soften butter
Minced chicken floss
Chopped parsley ( can add rosemary or any herbs of your choice )
White Sesame seeds
Egg wash
Mayonnaise
