Betty demonstrates how to make Creamy Dark Chocolate Cake Frosting. This frosting is perfect for a Dr. Pepper Chocolate Cake (the previous video in Betty's Kitchen).
Ingredients:
½ cup butter
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
½ cup milk
4 cups confectioner's sugar (This is the same as icing sugar or powdered sugar.)
Heat butter, cocoa powder, and milk in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted and mixture is smooth. Add confectioner's sugar, a little at a time, stirring after each addition until frosting is smooth. Pour Creamy Chocolate Cake Frosting over warm cake. Enjoy! Love, --Betty ♥♥♥
