Ingredients: makes 10

60ml (1/4 cup) milk
60ml (1/4 cup) water
50g butter, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
75g (1/2 cup) plain flour
2 eggs, lightly whisked

Creme patissiere
1 1/4 cups whole milk
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 tbls arrowroot powder
1 teaspoon pure vanilla bean paste (optional)

Melted dark chocolate & white chocolate to decorate
