Ingredients:
1 cucumber
4 slices of deli ham
1 tbs of lime juice
½ cup of fat free plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp of peanut butter
1 tsp of minced garlic
½ tbs of curry powder
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, curry powder, lime juice, garlic and peanut butter. Place slices of ham on each cucumber. Roll and add a tooth pick.
