Chocolate Mousse Recipe
Total Servings: 2
Ingredients:
1 cup of almond milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
½ block of firm tofu
4 packets of sweetener of your choice (stevia, equal, etc)
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1 envelope of sugar-free pudding powder
Optional: Sprinkles and fat free whipped cream for topping

Instructions:
Mix all of the ingredients in a blender the almond milk, vanilla extract, sweetener, protein powder, and sugar-free pudding, then cut the tofu into small pieces and add last. Blend until they become a thick but smooth mixture.
Pour in a glass and decorate with fat free whipped cream and sprinkles.
