Cake Batter Protein Shake
Total Servings: 2
Ingredients:
1 cup of almond milk
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I use BSN SYntha-6 Isolate)
4 tablespoons of low fat cottage cheese
3 tablespoons of pasteurized liquid egg whites
1 large banana (frozen)
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
4 packets of sweetener of your choice (stevia, equal, etc)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
8 drops of butter extract
1 cup of ice
Optional: Sprinkles and fat free whipped cream for topping

Instructions:
Mix all of the ingredients in a blender until they become a thick but smooth mixture.
Pour in a glass and decorate with fat free whipped cream and sprinkles.
