A radial nerve glide can help encourage your radial nerve to glide normally if it has been injured. Watch more Ask Doctor Jo videos featuring full routines for common injuries and syndromes at http://www.askdoctorjo.com

To perform a radial nerve glide:

1. Put your arm straight out to the side and down just a little bit. With your palm down, make a fist with your hand. Bend your head to the opposite side and rotate your head down so you are looking at the floor.
2. At your wrist, move your fist up and down.
