What is the faster way and what happens when you work with me?

Along with the guidance of a coach (that’s me!), we implement a few key nutrition strategies that spike your metabolism, allow you to burn fat for fuel, and help you build that muscle you’re after. ⁣

Here’s what we do:⁣

Intermittent Fasting: An intentional eating schedule. We don’t skip food - in fact most end up eating more here - we just simply eat all of our food in a shorter time frame. ⁣Some clients do 12 hours, others practice 16.

Eat enough macros: We figure out how much protein, fat, and carbs YOUR body needs (which is different than anyone else’s), and work to hit those goals every day via whole food nutrition. ⁣

Carb Cycle: Girl, YES to the carbs! Carb cycling is a variation of carb intake. We take 2 days to lower our carbs (not NO carbs), and the rest of the days we load up on carbs! Keeps that body guessing and burning fat!⁣ It's not restrictive and to be honest, most of my clients like lower carb days MORE and find it harder to hit their carb goals.

Strategic workouts: Yes there’s always a method to our madness. Our workouts are paired strategically with our nutrition days in order to maximize fat burn. 30 minutes, effective and all you need!⁣ Sure you can do your workouts but ours are better, I promise. If you wanna still do the Peloton or whatever you enjoy, I'll help you figure out when it's best to incorporate them.
