2 oz espresso, freshly brewed
6 oz cookie-infused milk*
Garnish: Circus animal and sprinkles

*Cookie-infused milk:
8 oz milk
6-8 circus animals

Instructions:
First, make the infused milk. Break 6-8 circus animals into smaller pieces and add them to a bowl. Add the milk and let sit for at least 1 hour. Next, strain the milk and set aside.

To assemble the drink, add freshly brewed espresso to a cup. Steam the cookie-infused milk and add to the cup. Garnish with sprinkles and a circus animal.
