TRANSCRIPT
You floured your counter and you've rolled out your pie dough but it's sticking anyway. You don't have to start all over. Here's two easy ways to get your pie dough into the plate in one piece. The easiest way is with an offset spatula and a little bit of flour. Gently work your way around the edges of the dough until you get to the center and you can lift it off in once piece. If you don't have an offset spatula you can use a long piece of unflavored dental floss and wriggle it from one side to the other. Either way you won't have to waste time rechilling and rerolling your dough.
