Come on your knees for the Tiger pose. Come to the basic cat posture on your hand and knees.
Inhale and raise your left leg, looking up at the same time. Exhale and lower your leg around your back, bring your knees to your nose. Alternate these 2 movements, co-ordinating that with your breath. Each time you raise your leg and arch your back, take a full breath.
