Transform yourself and achieve maximum results with Expert Trainer Madeline Mosier as you tone the abs, arms, legs, back, chest, shoulders, butt, and obliques in week 1 of this effective, body-shaping BeFiT Bootcamp mission. Check in every Monday for your 7 day workout plan. Consider creating a playlist each week to include the featured workouts.
