Betty demonstrates how to make Creamy Green Chile Dip. This flavorful dip is made in a blender and served with corn chips and/or crackers.
Creamy Green Chile Dip
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup sour cream
4-ounce can of diced green chiles, drained (with liquid discarded)
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1-ounce package dry ranch dressing mix
½ teaspoon minced garlic
dippers: Ritz crackers, Pretzel Thins, Tortilla Chips, Frito's Scoops
Put all ingredients (except dippers) into bowl of a blender. Put the lid on the blender and pulse until mixture is smooth, but still has some green flecks of cilantro. Chill about 2 hours or longer. Spoon dip into center of a chip and dip server and surround by crackers and corn chips. YUM! --Betty
