There are numerous knives that can be used for slicing and serving cheese. This is a lovely little set. It has the fork so that you can hold the cheese down and then the cutting utensils. A nice double handled knife for the big and harder cheeses. This is a real fine knife for cutting softer cheeses. And then my favorite, this was invented by a German company, and it has holes in it so that the cheese doesn't stick. You can find most of these at any specialty or cutlery store.
