TRANSCRIPT
Recently at CHOW Headquarters there was a little bit of buzz because we'd run across these microwave brownies in a mug recipes. They are member recipes uploaded by users. I tested out two of them. They do work. They do taste good and this was my favorite and it's by a member called adirao. You'll need a twelve ounce mug. You're going to mix two tablespoons of vegetable oil, two tablespoons of water, a few drops of vanilla extract, a dash of salt, and a pinch of instant coffee. Whisk all that together, then you whisk in three tablespoons of sugar, whisk two tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder, and your final whisk is two tablespoons of four. Put it in the microwave for sixty to seventy-five seconds. It's not a top-shelf brownie, by any means, but it'll definitely satisfy the odd chocolate craving. It's fun to make and it's really good with a scoop of ice cream on top.
