TRANSCRIPT
A lot of people like to pair red wine with cheese. The problem comes in if you're pairing a really big red wine like a Cabernet with a very delicate cheese like a brie or a fresh goat cheese. What happens is you can't taste the cheese because the wine is just too big. So save a wine like this for a bigger cheese like a cheddar.
