At an urgent meeting of the Human Rights Council on Syria, UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Zeid Ra'ad Al Hussien urged the Council to ensure justice for the people trapped in Eastern Ghouta. He added that Syria should be referred to the International Criminal Court.
