Consider creating a playlist each week to include the featured workouts.
Week 1 includes total body workouts from Tara Stiles, 30 Day Butt Lift, BeFiT GO, BeFiT in 90, and the Ballet Beautiful series that are sure to engage the entire body and unveil a stronger, healthier new you. This week will burn max calories, build strength and push the limits as it includes 6 full workouts with only 1 rest day and features a healthy, low-calorie recipe to try on your day off. You will need a set of dumbbells, a Yoga mat, a towel and bottle of water to complete this series.
