Tune in every Friday to follow your Expert Fitness Coach and CrossFit enthusiast, Madeline Mosier through your 7 day weekly workout plan that is custom made to deliver defined, body-shaping results fast! Consider creating a playlist each week to include the featured workouts.
Week 2 includes total body workouts from Jillian Michaels, 30 Day Butt Lift, BeFiT in 30 Extreme, ENVY Girls, and the Ballet Beautiful series that are sure to challenge the entire body, build endurance and unveil a stronger, healthier new you. This week will burn max calories, build strength and push the limits as it includes 6 full workouts with only 1 rest day and features a fitness tutorial on how to do a perfect squat for your day off. You will need a set of dumbbells, a kettle bell, a Yoga mat, a towel and bottle of water to complete this series.
