Showing you how to prepare khoresht ghormeh sabzi, also known as fresh herb stew. A delicious savory and tart Persian dish.
*You can substitute 1 1/2 lbs. cubed beef/lamb (which is traditional) for the chicken. Just increase the water to 2 1/2 cups (or for a juicer khoresht 4-5 cups) and simmer for 2 hours and 15 minutes. My reasoning for making it with chicken is because my boyfriend prefers chicken. :)
Please make sure you thoroughly wash your herbs! :)
