1️⃣ Bent-Over Row (4 sets: 8-10 reps)
✅ underhand grip

2️⃣ Lat Pulldown (4 sets: 8-10 reps)

3️⃣ Single-Arm Row (4 sets: 8-10 reps)
✅ overhand grip

You might have noticed I used wrist straps on all the exercises. Typically, I don’t like using them this much. But it was nice to eliminate as much grip and biceps activation as possible on all my sets.
