Avoidant attachment: I have avoidant attachment so if you need to talk I'm busy with work.
Anxious attachment: I have anxious attachment. So of course I'm going to ask if you're okay or what's wrong, every time you get quiet, I have avoidant attachment.
Avoidant attachment: So I keep everything bottled up inside. Anything to avoid conflict.
Anxious attachment: So I want to talk it out right then and there for as long as needed.
Avoidant attachment: So I pride myself on not meeting anyone and being independent really to make my deep fear of abandonment.
