Betty demonstrates how to make Garlic Beer Cheese. This is a great dip for vegetables and/or crackers.
Garlic Beer Cheese
12 ounces finely shredded Cheddar cheese
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/3 cup beer
vegetables and/or crackers for dipping
Place all ingredients, except beer, in bowl of food processor. Put on lid and process until smooth. Add beer in two additions, processing after each addition. Add more beer and process, if mixture is too stiff. Spoon onto a chip 'n dip serving plate, surrounded by vegetables and/or crackers. Enjoy! --Betty :)
