Betty demonstrates how to make Loaded Hamburgers. These hamburgers are “old-fashioned” hamburgers with a variety of toppings. They would be great for a Super Bowl party.
Ingredients:
1 ½ pounds ground beef
½ cup quick oats
¼ cup finely chopped onion
2/3 cup tomato juice
salt and pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Shape into 6 hamburger patties. Grill until done. (You may choose to fry these in a skillet on the stove or broil them in the oven.) Place cooked hamburger in a pretzel bun (or other bun) and top with mayonnaise, sliced cheese, crisp bacon, sliced tomato, and lettuce leaves, plus any other toppings you like. Enjoy! These hamburgers will be perfect with the Green Bean Fries and Wasabi and Green Onion Dip, the previous two videos in Betty's Kitchen! Have a happy game day! Love, Betty ♥♥♥
