Betty demonstrates how to make a Fresh Peach and Cereal Bowl. This is a terrific healthy breakfast or snack.
Fresh Peach and Cereal Bowl
2 (6-ounce) containers fat-free Greek yogurt, plain
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
½ teaspoon cinnamon
3 to 4 medium-sized fresh peaches, peeled, seeded, and chopped medium-fine
1 cup Fiber One dry cereal (or your choice of cereal)
1/2 cup toasted pecans
In a medium-sized bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon into yogurt. Spread evenly over bottom of bowl. Layer peaches, cereal, and pecans over the top. Serve immediately for the crispest cereal, or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving time. If refrigerated, the cereal will lose some of its crispness. Enjoy! --Betty :)
