Home workouts need to be much more than just "exercises you can do at home". When I create these workouts for you guys I pay very close to exercise selection, rest periods and how I combine the movements so that each and everyone one of you can complete the workout.

This is only a 12 minute workout, but there is no reason why you can't run through the circuit 2 or 3 times. But if you would like workouts in the future that are 25 - 30minutes, let me know by commenting below and LIKING / SHARING the video!

· 30 Seconds Per Exercise
· No Rest between exercises
· 30 seconds rest between completion of each BLOCK
