TRANSCRIPT
Making liquors at home is fun, and tasty, and it's easy. Take Limoncello, the Italian lemon liquor. To make it, take the peels of seven lemons and add them to a sturdy glass container that has a good lid. To those lemons you add two cups of grain alcohol or high proof Vodka. Stir it a little bit. Put the cap on. Put it in a cool dry place, away from the sun, and let it sit for two weeks. After two weeks add an ounce and a half of simple syrup, another quick stir, put it back in that cool dry place for two more weeks, stopping by every couple of days to give it a little swirl. Then you strain it out and then you're ready to drink it. It's a beautiful golden color and you can have it by itself chilled or mix it up into cocktails.
