Here is stage 2 in my ab rehab, post pregnancy belly repair video series. These were given to me by a physical therapist and I am sharing them with you guys since I know a PT can be expensive and hard to get to with a new baby at home. I hope you enjoy this series or bookmark for after your next pregnancy! You can do these whenever. I actually started with stage 1 at 7 months postpartum! These diastasis recti exercises are a step up from my first stage. This means it assumed you've been doing the work as seen in my first video.
